Merseyside Home Improvements - South Cheshire College Adverts

Merseyside Home Improvements have recently sponsored the students in the Media Studies Department at South Cheshire College. We visited the college to meet the tutors and students and set them a task as part of their coursework.

This task was to produce an advertisement that gave the message "DIY should be left to the professionals". This gave the students the opportunity to work for a real client which they found enjoyable, stressful at times but also rewarding.

They had to pitch their ideas to us followed by a questions and answer session, a bit like Dragons Den. The finale of this project was the end of year show which was held on June 19th.

Here is the winning entry and part of the team collecting their prize money from the Merseyside Home Improvement Directors Mark and Lyn.
