The CAI is the official body for the aerial and satellite industry. Members are required to offer a quality service at a fair price. Standards are high to join and the CAI closely examines and test equipment that is made or installed by any potential members. All CAI members guarantee their work for a minimum of 12 months, this is also backed up by a separate guarantee for domestic work from the CAI itself.
Members have to work to the standards of the CAI's code of practice which state that all members should carry an ID card with their company information on it. You can check the validity of members on 01923 803030. The CAI takes complaints about its members very seriously and will fully investigate each issue. They will make sure all work is carried out to its standards and that the customer is satisfied. Failure to comply may result in a member being re-trained or have their membership refused.
