Merseyside Home Improvements - Building Approval
According to the National Home Improvement Council (NHIC) recent changes in planning laws have made it a lot easier for homeowners to make improvements to their property. These new changes came into place on 1st October this year and will mean that homeowners can make certain alterations / extensions to their property without the long wait for approval and the cost of the approval.
With the current climate in the property market more people are staying put and either improving or extending their existing property.
