February 14th is best known as Valentines Day but did you know it’s also the start of National Nest Box Week. So if your not sure what to get your loved one this year how about a new house (for the birds). The aim of National Nest Box Week is to help wildlife and breeding birds. It was launched in 1997 due to the number of natural nest sites that have been destroyed by chopping down old trees or restoring old buildings where birds nested.
