Merseyside Home Improvements - Conversions and Extensions
It was announced this week in the Planning Reform Bill that any loft conversions would only need to be 7.8in from the eaves which would allow for a bigger loft space.
Earlier in the year the government stated that not all loft conversions, conservatories and small extensions would need planning permission if the impact on neighbouring homes was minimal. This decision will not only save property owners money but also time waiting for the planning consent.
