The Company principal, Peter Martin, has 24 years experience in the UK and Australia, one of his major projects being the planning and implementation of the Sydney Opera House refurbishment programme.

Currently The Floor Doctor is contracted to the domestic and commercial market in the Wirral and Merseyside areas for the installation and preparation of timber floors.
Peter has had many years experience in the flooring industry including the problems associated with air-conditioning and under-floor heating. He has also been employed direct by timber mills in Australia, manufacturing plywoods and T & G timber flooring. He has worked with top architects and interior designers on many projects.
